Ordering
We take orders for pick up or delivery in the Northeast area. Anything outside the Northeast Philadelphia area will be subject to delivery charges but pick-up is always free of charge. As this is not a retail space, we will provide the address when an order is placed for pick up. Orders can be placed online or via telephone. The best way to reach me is via email at sebyssweetsensations@gmail.com. Email also allows for the sending of photo ideas back and forth between the clients & I. We suggest placing custom decorated cake & special event orders through e-mail and a follow-up phone call so that we can go through your wishes step-by-step. We will do our very best to accommodate all your requests.
We take pride in offering high-quality products to each and every customer! Our cakes require time for planning, baking and decorating. We suggest placing all cake/cupcake orders two to three weeks in advance of your event. No CHANGES or CANCELLATIONS to your order will be allowed with less than 7 days notice. Availability to accept rush orders varies from week to week so don’t hesitate to ask if needed.
